Why do you fully describe your cars and
take so many pictures? We pride ourselves on accurate, honest
descriptions and photographs. The majority of our customers come from some
distance away, so it is important that we offer as much in the way of pictures
and description as possible. This helps customers to make an informed choice
and in most cases, people are happy to agree a purchase over the phone and then
make a one stop visit to collect their car.
How else can you help with my buying
decision? If requested I am more than happy do give you an in-depth
description of the car you are interested in. This involves me examining the
car whilst giving you a full description on the telephone. This enables you to
ask any questions regarding the condition and specification.
Can you deliver our new car directly to our
door? Yes. We can arrange for your car to be delivered directly to you,
provided it has been fully paid for.
Are you able to offer finance? No.
We have found that there are many banks, finance and loan companies that are able to offer funding. In many
cases the rates are sensible, you can apply online and in some cases they can give a decision on the same day.
So we tend to leave it to customers to make their own finance arrangements.
Do your cars come with a warranty? Yes. All our retail cars come with a comprehensive 3 months warranty. You can then upgrade the warranty at cost price! (usually about £159 for 1 year £750 per claim for a 4 cylinder engine. Other optitions available.) We have found that this is the best warranty as it is underwritten by a major insurer and means that should you need to claim you just take the car to a VAT registered garage of your choice, give them our warranty documents and they do the rest.
How do we acquire our stock? Some
of our stock is purchased directly from main agents and blue chip companies,
who through space confinements or sales policy give us the opportunity to
purchase those cars. By advertising in trade guides we are accessible to
dealers nationwide (regardless of franchise) who ask us to underwrite cars
coming in on part exchange.
What standard are your cars prepared
to? As you can see from our testimonials we do take a lot of care in
preparation. When we write a description of a car it is done very thoroughly,
giving you information on service schedule, condition and drive. All cars are
professionally valeted.
Do all our cars have service history?
Yes. We put a great deal of time and effort into ensuring that incoming
stock has a good service history.
Where can we view your cars?
Viewing is by appointment only and can be arranged during the day,
evenings or at the weekends. Time wise we try to be very flexible.
How can we pay? We accept all major debit and
credit cards (1.7% fee for credit cards), cash or payment directly to our bank.
